These 48 US-based journal clubs applied this fall and were awarded funding by JBJS to enhance journal club resources and activities. Typically, clubs use the award funds to invite guest speakers, purchase learning materials, rent private spaces, and provide refreshments. In addition to funding, winners receive free access to JBJS Clinical Classroom and a list of JBJS Deputy Editors who have volunteered to guest speak during the year.
We love to hear how the winning clubs use their award funds, and encourage winners to send pictures and progress updates to journalclub@jbjs.org.
