How did you begin reviewing for other journals and for JBJS in particular?
I only review for JBJS. I was asked by JBJS if I was interested in being a JBJS reviewer. I was pleased to accept.
How do you maintain a healthy work/life balance?
I am married to a nurse. She and I are a team. We have very similar likes and dislikes. I have had a stable professional career, with very few major changes. Orthopaedics has been the only (work) focus of my life. I have no life hobbies; I do not golf; I do not own a boat; I have made only a few changes in my home residence.
Aside from orthopaedic manuscripts, what have you been reading lately?
The Journal of the AAOS.
I follow world news on internet news sites.
I read light entertainment periodicals.
I do not read books.
