Be fair but clear about scientific quality. Structure your reviews well. Make clear and sound statements.
How do you maintain a healthy work/life balance?
By working effectively with passion and also structured in a way that I can keep that balance.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
The establishment of a Professorship for Regenerative Orthopedics and Traumatology at Charité, which I was appointed to.
Aside from orthopaedic manuscripts, what have you been reading lately?
Thinking, Fast and Slow from Daniel Kahneman.
