What is your top piece of advice for reviewers who aspire to reach Elite status?
Accept all reviews, do a thorough job of reviewing as if it were your own work, and do it with quick turnaround.
What is your favorite tip or tool for maintaining a healthy work/life balance?
I like to get up earlier than my family to get work done.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Establishing a multi-institutional nerve clinic in the area of my specialty interest (brachial plexus).
Aside from orthopaedic manuscripts, what have you been reading lately?
Ethics. Some things on emotional intelligence and leadership.
