Treat others (authors) like you want to be treated yourself. Respond promptly. Provide informative and constructive advice to authors.

What is your favorite tip or tool for maintaining a healthy work/life balance?

Keep your work enjoyable but always save time for your family.

What has been the highlight of your career so far?

The privilege of working with extraordinarily talented colleagues.

Aside from orthopaedic manuscripts, what have you been reading lately?

Ancient DNA, stem cell biology, molecular biology, epigenetics.
