Prep Courses for the ABOS Exams
MRC I: May 21–25, 2025
In-Person in Denver, CO, or Virtual
Miller’s Orthopaedic Review Course, Part I, offers an intensive, current, and comprehensive review of orthopaedics. This highly regarded 5-day course focuses on teaching students essential testable material for the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) Part I Examination. Meet up with colleagues and speak with faculty at the in-person event, or attend the course virtually. Course sessions, faculty lecture slides, and study materials are available in the virtual event platform for all attendees until the ABOS exam date.

MRC II: May 17, 2025

Miller’s Orthopaedic Review Course, Part II, is a one-day online course designed to prepare attendees for the ABOS Part II Oral Case Examination. Attendees have the opportunity to participate in three mock oral exams and present three cases, with detailed feedback from two mock examiners. Also included: a seminar on communicating effectively with examiners, answering difficult questions, and handling case complications. In addition, participants can attend one of seven subspecialty lectures on updates and advances from recent literature and key papers.

In-Person Event at Worcester College, University of Oxford, U.K.
MRC Oxford provides attendees with unparalleled preparation for the FRCS examination. Hosted at University of Oxford, U.K., this course includes the Tuesday to Friday comprehensive FRCS (Tr & Orth) review course delivered by world-class faculty as well as the Saturday to Sunday course covering clinical examination and viva components of the FRCS (TR & Orth) exam. Now in its 15th year. All attendees receive one-year access to JBJS Clinical Classroom.
