Launched in 2021 as a collaboration between OrthoEvidence and JBJS, OrthoJOE delves into a wide variety of topics of interest to the orthopaedic community. Drs. Marc Swiontkowski and Mo Bhandari host the program and are often joined by guests who bring their unique expertise and perspective to the conversation.
In the 100th episode, Marc and Mo look back on some of the many inspiring and memorable discussions, including the evolution of physician attire, with Elizabeth Arendt and Herman Johal; artificial intelligence, machine-learning, and neural networks, with Joseph Silburt; the importance of increasing diversity in the field of orthopaedics and sports medicine, with Clarence Shields and Joel Boyd; and cultivating creativity and the relationship between art and wellness, with Bob Schenck.
